Rose Garden.

When I began taking pictures of the roses in my garden, I came to look at them more consciously. Their beauty, their finesse, the intensity of colors, and the diversity of shapes, slowly transformed my way of seeing. It somehow happened that I would deeply contemplate a rose and end up penetrating its very heart. For one fleeting moment I would become totally oblivious of myself – increasingly so, when inhaling the ever so delicate fragrance. Then I could feel myself becoming the rose...

"What God said to the rose, which made its beauty flourish. He addressed it to my heart and made it a hundred times more beautiful."
